I continue to support this caterer due to the good choice of food menu and on time delivery. Thank you Hewtop!

Food is mostly delicious. But caterer should spend more effort to ensure leafy vegetables are washed thoroughly. I encountered small stones when I ate the leafy vegetables.

Generally is good but the delivery seems too early. Sometimes came 2 plus. but thats's for dinner so i hope hewtop can reconsider not to delivery in the afternoon for dinner. Thank you.

Yes, food is generally fresh, nutritious and the portion is generous. Occasional use of processed food but still acceptable. Tasty soup.

Overall, the food was good as usual. Portion was just nice for 5 people. I will still vote them as the best caterer I've chosen over the many times.

Just would like to comment on the cai po egg, this is the first time i've eaten boiled egg with cai po sauce. Really not use to the taste.

We have been ordering the Tingkat since April till now and we still love the dishes, amazing Chef and delivery man is very polite.

Average food but one of more economical ones on foodline. Sufficient quantity but quality can be improved. Timely delivery, can try.

The quantity and quality of the food are inconsistent . Fluctuates at times. Hope they look into improving them .

It is value for money and convenient for quick lunch. Also, daily deliveries are consistently on time.

Some days the food was acceotable although there are also other times when it was not good. Seems like there are 2 different cooks taking turns to prepare the meals; one experienced and the other just a learner as on days when the food was not good it was either not saltish enough or too salty . In generally the taste of the food does not suit our family in terms of the sauces used . We had also to remind them a few times that we request for no pork as every now and then we received pork dishes or pork combined with a main item like tofu. There was even one week when we got pork dishes on 3 consecutive days ! In terms of customer service the caterer is not bad .
