Very generous portion for 3 and value for money. Nicely cooked food in general. Well designed dishes.

Delivery of the food was too early. Almost everyday, the receive time would be before 10 am. Food would have already gone cold by 12 pm and could go bad if not kept properly. Fishcake paste was used in at least one of the dishes for almost everyday.

Food taste is good generally. And portion is generous too. Soup tasted good and has a lot of ingredients inside.

The food is generally tasty and more choices for the soup compare to others that I have ordered. The caterer does try to accommodate by giving us no bones for certain meat dishes.

Delivery timing was good and punctual. Service was good, if I need any changes I can WhatsApp them. Food portion was generous for 1 pax order. Food quality was average can certainly be improved in future, they put a lot of starch in most of their sauces (vegetable and meat dishes) and soup always bland.

The dishes taste nice in general but the rice given doesn't. My mum say maybe it's lao mi HAHA. Some dishes repeated during the 5 day trial too.

Has been ordering from Hewtop catering for some time now. Food and service has improved from previously.

Food portion is quite a lot for 2 pax. Suitable for elderly as the food is not too oily and salty. My parents love it and will continue to order. Delivery is quite early at 3pm plus. It will be good if they can schedule the timing later.

The food is generally not bad - generous serving, fair variety. However, there were a couple of occasions where the vegetables were too salty or had black spots found on them.

As for the timing, the food is delivered quite early at 3pm. It would be better if they can be delivered in the evening.
