The dishes from Hewtop has really met to our family expectations and has been on repeated order with Hewtop.

Hewtop Tingkat dinner is usually tasty and portion is big enough for 2 persons. Will appreciate for fried eggs instead of scambled eggs. Prefer to have beef and mutton. Hope to have more green vegetables instead of having frequent cabbages.

Repeat order. the dishes still acceptable and sometimes the dishes are repeated. punctual delivery..

I'll like to share that for the foreign object found in my food, I sent an email, texted as well as left a facebook comment with no reply. Obviously you don't value customer service and feedback.

We paid for a quality lunch set, but we received hotdogs from a can on 2 occasions, I can buy it myself from the minimart.

You don't take pride in your cleanliness and quality. Please try to improve in both your customer service and food quality.

So-so. Food delay due to driver MC, vehicle spoilt. Food is normal, nothing fancy about. Service can be improved.

The only caterer in the area offering tingkat container delivery instead of disposables. Encourage other caterers to consider tingkat to save the environment!

Food tasted pretty ok and came in gd enough portions.

1. Steam eggs with bits of black century eggs. Will taste so much better.
2. Put less salt on fish batter. It is too salty. Cannot eat bec very salty .
3. Black fungus is a side ingredient to a dish. But you make black fungus as a main dish - all 100% black fungus. How to eat 100% black fungus as a main dish ? Not eatable.
4. Dont put TCM in soup. We pay to drikl clear soup not take Chinese medicine. Not sick why take medicine ?
5. More days for pig trotters and curry chicken.
6. fry vegy with hay bee, or hat bee hiem or sambal balachan. This will taste much better.
7. Your chicken cubes and pork slices are tasteless. Taste like eating paper.
8. Try frying some Japanese tempura - vegetable tempura, onion tempra, mushroom tempura ... these are very cheap ingredients.
9. Dont cut corners.try improve taste and quality of dishes. All the best

Always repeated ordered from this tingkat food provider, food is tasty and not so oily or salty. Will recommended to friends or others.
