Food is not oily or salty but it is really very simple dishes. Soup ingredient just only have 2pcs of pumpkins and maybe 2-3 small pcs of chicken meat. Delivery is way too early so everytime I have to steam the dishes.

Generally the food still acceptable, delivery time was ontime.

It came very early , it suppose be 3-7 but received 2:30pm . I order dinner not tea break , informed no action

Tasty food, good variety and great communications. The soup options were always served just nice and warm too.

The food was good and have ordered 5 pax which is good enough for 6 pax (3 adults and 3 kids). surprising the food come with prawn and hardly any caterer do have prawn as a whole. will recommend them as value for money and nice food for picker kids eater at home.

This is my repeat order. I hope their improved the veggie freshness. Because is turn to sourly when we consume for dinner. Already feedback to the caterer and they acknowledge and will feedback to the kitchen.

Order was on time, food quantity was acceptable and process of placing order was seamless. Affordable option.

The delivery service is good, but expectation for the dish was disappointed as cabbage not fully cooked and the replacement for no soup dish is everywhere can eat it.

Ordered to try out. Price is cheap, that's why the dishes provided are normal. The taste of the dishes were repeatedly the same. Not much accompaniments in their dishes. Delivery is too early, reaching around 3.45pm for dinner serving.

DELIVERY:
Bad experience with their delivery - food comes very late CONSISTENTLY. Earliest ever was 6.45pm, latest ever was 8pm.

SERVICE:
On the 3rd day of our 5 day meal package, the meal came at 8pm, we tried to reach the tingkat company via phone and WhatsApp since 7.30pm but to no avail. Hewtop left us hanging as to whether our dinner will even arrive. When the driver finally came to deliver our food (who turned out to be a different person from the first 2 days), he told us he wasn't informed of our address being added to his delivery list and thus he was late.

When we wrote in to Hewtop for an explanation, they told us the driver was late because the delivery car broke down.

Hewtop probably has some back end logistics issues which they need to deal with, and us consumers shouldn't have to bear the consequences of their lapses.

FOOD SAFETY:
As a result of their consistent late deliveries, the dinner we ordered were often EXPIRED by the time we receive them. The time stamp on our dinner states 'To be consumed by: 6.30pm' which is a serious joke to us as we have paid to eat expired food.

We will not order from Hewtop again due to their serious lapses above and we don't recommend them to anyone.
