The food is very nice it’s beyond our expectation. The delivery time is very on time even almost in the same timing. I hope it will not be change after we renew the contract to 1 month after 5 days trial.

The order received was prompt & timely. Taste wise was ok especially for elderly. Do take note of special order for fish w/o bones.

All food are good . although home food but has restaurant standard .Good food , i placed 5 orders all together.

This is our second renewal of the tingkat . The food quality remain as good and suit our taste. Not too oily and salty. Will continue the tingkat with less number of days per week delivery next time.

Food in general was acceptable although there were days when the dishes were lacking in taste. Reminded cateter that we do not take pork and they were responsive. Suitable for non-fussy eater.

It is my second time to order tingkat. Overall their customer service is improve, when i feedback mistake from their food during delivery, they arrange replace food in second day, i satisfaction with their service.

Ordered 10 days of lunch tingkat plan for 2 pax during WFH period, the portion is just right for 2 pax, delicious food and no-repeat in menu throughout the ordering period. Delivery for their lunch tingkat is usually done between 11.30pm to 12.30pm, and this timing is just nice for our lunchtime, the food delivered is still warm and can be consumed readily. Another point to commend is that they deliver to the condo area without additional charge. I will certainly recommend this caterer to my other friend.

The food was very good and the portion was pretty big for 2 people. HewTop was quite generous with their food option as in we got to eat big prawns and pig trotters which were not supplied by other tingkat caterers.

Requested no long beans but received long beans in one of the dishes.

Soup is to taste - not salty. Parents enjoy the soup and it's good for their health as they are on low-sodium diet.
