Great quality food. Regularly have fish and prawns, and always with different flavors. Delivery is also always on time

The taste of the food is fantastic. However, I am quite disappointed with the quality and the variety of the food. Lately the food is too oily and salty to my family liking.

The food portion is general but a bit salty. Food variety is good. Staffs is helpful and fast respond.

Food portion is good . One or two dishes can be salty sometimes but overall food is tasty and not oily is a plus point . Not many processed food in their dishes which we like . Have been repeating order with them.

Overall this menu offers excellent value for money. Portions sizes are decent enough and food is OK for the price. Their is nothing special about the food in terms of taste or what i could notice about quality and on the flip side there is also nothing really bad about the food either. It's just pretty OK lor.

This is my second time ordering from Hewtop. so far, the dishes are ok, most importantly, less oil, less sodium except every meal, processed food was being served. Might order again next time.

Food is served hot and delivery is always on time! I love the variety of menu and quantity is just right.

Service level needs lots of improvement. Not responsive in chats. First day of delivery went to the wrong place. Delivery timing is inconsistent.
As time past, delivery frequently past 1pm. Daily vegetables turning bad by the time we received and I have to throw the dish away most of the days.

Taste of food average, not as tasty as my previous order,rice is very soggy, portion can be improved

Overall food portion is good and dishes are more gravy.
only need to improve is customer service by using whatsapp, sometimes their reply is slow.
