The food portion on first 2 days were not sufficient and despite feedback on first day there was no reply or action. On third day, food did not come. Upon calling, we all realized they got my order wrong since the start. I was given 2 pax dinner though I paid for 3 pax. The lady staff was very helpful and resolved the issue for me. However, on the fourth day, the whole family had diarrhea in the wee hours after the tingkat dinner. It was an unpleasant week but luckily the rest of the days were pretty uneventful. It is one of the cheapest option but food variety and taste just average.

Food are fresh and taste good for tingkat delivery standard. Portions are adequate except for seafood dishes (a bit too little at times). Delivery usually on time by a friendly uncle.

This was my second time ordering tingkat from HEWTOP, their food has different variety each week, value for money as well.

Overall it is quite okay. The dishes are good, just that soup is quite bland. Portion is exactly for 3pax, not too few, not too much.

Tried on a trial 5 days meal. Overall food is okay and delivery also on time.

The portion of the food was good and enough for 3 adults(1m,2f) and it is not very salty. The food was delivered at about 12+-ish daily.

Great variety of dishes daily, value for money, delivery timing is just right for lunch, my family love it so much, will continue to order from Hewtop. Hope Hewtop will continue to keep their food standard high and affordable for everyone. Wish to see Tingkat discount from Hewtop.

Food delivered on time, the dishes still remain fresh when arrived. The price is reasonable. High recommendation!

Repeat order. Delivery uncle very friendly and courteous! Received my dinner usually before 6pm. Dishes are acceptable and portion size is big .
