The delivery is always on time. Food portion is good for 2 pax. Just have to be careful with the fish. Prawns are nice and fresh. Other than that, the rest of the food items are good!

Food delivery was very early (before 5pm on all days; one day it was 2pm), so food safety was a huge concern.
food was nice on some days, and so-so on others. but overall value-for-money, as $12 per meal for two pax sometimes got us pricier ingredients like fish maw and fresh prawns.
service could be improved: e.g. first day didnt have rice, had to ask twice to get a reply, but at least they compensated with an extra dish the next day.

The meat generally are all cooked till quite dry and hard except for the thin sliced pork which is reasonably possible to chew and eat (compare with outside food stall rice vege).
Vege quite limited, soup and vege dish uses same cabbage..
Got 1 day short of 1 soup, inconsistent.
Quantity is consider more than enough for a 3 pax portion.

The food are a little salty for my family taste buds but the soups are very flavorful. The variety is quite good.

Healthy and generous portion. Food delivery is timely. Had tried once with a meat dish with odour smell and sour taste, called to feedback. They were willing to reimburse a dish to me. Good service.

Overall the delivery was on time. However the food quality and quantity was not as good as last time not sure is it due to CB.

The food is generally nice and has variety. You don't get repeat food always and the portion is a lot for two person.

If only the food is prepared slightly later instead of 2.30pm, the 4hours expiry time will not be too early at 6.30pm.

Response through whatsapp was slow, and got my order mixed up initially. Delivery was too early (2pm). However, soup was good, and prawns were big and fresh.

Service was good, caterer was responsive.
Food was value for money, portions were generous.
However, food was not fresh, theres some smell.
