Great variety and generous portion. Almost all their dishes taste great! Their prawns are huge and fresh. Reach daily at around 4pm. Never late. Price is reasonable. Value for money! Have renewed till June!

Tingkat is delivered on time. Food is tasty and portion is generous. Will definitely place order from them again.

Hewtop Catering offers tingkat for just 1 person which is very rare and we were very happy to have found it. We have tried a few different tingkkat caterers before and they were not very good in terms of variety, ratio of fried and non-fried dishes. Hewtop has been good so far, we have renewed their 20-day dinner tingkkat twice.

Food was better than expectation. All is good and portion is definitely enough for 3 person for two meals despite ordering for one meal only.

Food is always on time and fresh. Mix of dishes and not too salty. This is my third time continuing on the same caterer.

Food was up to our standard. The dishes prepared was less oily and suitable for my daughter. Will continue with the services!

Food was deliver by 10.30am daily. Out of 5 days , there are 2 days in a week that server fried fish of the same with just different. Hit and missed for the 5 days . Overall, just good value .

My 10-day trial package should have started on 5 May but no lunch was delivered that day, even up to 2:30pm. I whatsapped the caterer's assistant but there was no response, so I ended up calling FL instead, to seek assistance. It turned out the caterer got my start-date wrong and my food came only on 6 May. It was a rather unpleasant experience for a first-time customer, but thank goodness the rest of the trial period went smoothly.

Increase of price a little but still worth it during this periods. Portion is more then enough so no worries about not having enough to eat.

I did not receive my dinner on 1st day of tingkat and did not receive any reply although WhatsApp the person in charge and called the hotline alot of time no pickup. Until 7:15pm Admin finally pickup the phone and answer they are very busy,gotten back to me almost 7:30pm which we'r super hungry.
This was a very bad experience
The SOUP quantity are much lesser than the other is totally unacceptable from HEWTOP.

2nd day
it arrived 2pm+ Food arrives too early so we usually put in fridge and reheat at 6pm when we want to eat and alot of days we received 1 - 2 pieces chicken in the soup .Portion is slightly lesser than the rest of the caterer i ordered previously.

Also to add-on, is not easy to get through normal calling hence is recommend to if use normal call after 7pm+ should there is other diner would like to give a try. Is To seriously consider.

But total waste of money and try at your own n risk and Was disappointed with HEWTOP quantity and quality of their food. Portion for 2 pax were very little and food were not really very nice.
There are many other good tingkat caterer out there.
