The service was very good. On the first day, the delivery staff waited at the door, making sure that the order was received before he left. Food was prompt and came at the same time daily and tastes okay as well. Good caterer overall.

Food and portion was alright, with delivery of dinner around 4-5 pm. Vegetables like ladies fingers and eggplant are not that tasty. Soup was ok too.

All are good in general - Nice food, acceptable food portion for 2 pax and timely food delivery. But, their response time towards messages is worth to be improved (Slow in average, or else no response at all).

Have been ordering since Jan till now, Service is good and prompt. Overall food is tasty and less salty. Will continue to support

One of the best tasting tingkats I have had so far! Have tried about 4-5 companies and decided to renew this for the next few weeks!

Menu was provided but some dishes were incomplete, eg vegetables with black fungus but the dish was missing black fungus. Portion is sufficient for 2 pax.

Items delivered everyday at 2.45pm for dinner. If not for this CB period, I wouldn't be home to keep the dishes in fridge before heating up later for dinner.

Won't be my choice for Tingkat dinner after I head back to work.

Not the best tingkat that I have tried so far. Vegetables are mostly the same. Not much variations. Taste wise normal. Just a very normal tingkat.

This is the second time we are ordering their tingkat. Value for money tingkat meals. Delivery time for lunch was ok. Will take a break for tingkat meals now. Might consider ordering from them next time.
