Food portions were generous, but food quality not so good. Chicken was very tough and dry, and vegetables were sometimes overcooked. Delivery was too early around 2pm.

Overall the food quality is ok, consistent delivery time, arrived before 11am, we happy with this tingkat caterer.

Food portion is always good and sufficient to fill the stomach. However taste of food is inconsistent, sometimes too salty.

Food quality seems to have dropped during the covid period. Vegetables do not seem properly washed. Also, the small fried fishes which were great previously were replaced by weird tasting fish with fine bones. Hopefully, the food picks up as the caterer used to be very good.

Food was pretty nice and tasty but the person-in-charge is not very responsive. Overall quite value for money.

In general, food is pretty good, service is okay.

It will be good if delivery time can be adjusted. I received my dinner everyday at around 3pm+ and when we reheat it at around 6pm to 7pm, sometime the vegetable already turned bad.

The vendor asked me to confirm the delivery date but they missed it and ended delivering only from Day 2. Received the food very early at about 3.30-4pm. Too early for dinner. Ended up have to reheat the food.

Food is sometimes nice and sometimes bad. Price has increased but the quality has not. May switch if the quality still has not improved.

Soup very bland. Got bugs at time. Asked the person but got ignored. Ok if you are not particular with food.

The food comes late. The first day the caterer called and said that day will not have delivery. But the food came late around 6.45pm after my dinner. The food stated there must consume before 6.30pm. I don't understand their logic to state consume by 6:30pm as the earliest time they sent is around 6.15pm. They expect us to rush to finish in 15mins time after we getting the food? The fourth day the food came in 2 portions instead of 3 portions. The caterer said will give 4 portion tomorrow. Cannot understand the logic at all. So that day we need to have other food to make up the one portion. The following day comes in 4 portions and we cannot finish. Overall food is not fresh as it comes late. We have a little stomachache for the last day meal. And my little son has food poisoning and woke up in the late night and went to pass motion several times. The food is not nice except for the curry chicken in fourth day comes in 2 portions. Not a good experience. Not recommended to try.

Tried the trial the other time and quite like the food and the fact that the vegetables were mostly garlic free, which totally suits my wife's taste.

This round, the food were still mostly good and to our expectations.
Only 2 small grouse we had was
1) on the 1st day, the soup had to be thrown away as we saw a strand of unknown hair in the soup even before we unseal the soup. Had feedback to the caterer but no response from them
2) supposed to be able to postpone our meals through messaging them, however, no response from caterer after we put in our request, and food still come on the day we postponed.

One thing to note is that our lunch order came at 10am, which is quite early for lunch.
