Very salty and taste varies everyday. Vegetable food type sometimes turn sour. Rice dark colour and lump together.

After I gave feedback on some previous late deliveries, their delivery is now on time, it’s good improvement.

Overall good experience. Different dishes each day, though vegetable quality can be improved. Flavour was just right and not too salty. Portion was also reasonable.

Hewtop tried their best to fulfil our request for meat with no bones. Their soup is flavourful. The portion of food is just nice!

Food menu for this week totally different to what was stated on the menu, not 1 dish but all without informing. Messed up my delivery date and I didnt get my delivery on the last day. have to call in numerous times which is hard to call in their number.

Food is average, so did not continue.

Overall, the portion was quite generous. One thing to note is to open the container cover as soon as you received since the food are ready ~930am for lunch. Plan to continue another 5 days trial with them before switching to other caterers to try out.

Didn't managed to take a good photo of the food. I took this while I was heating up the dishes. Food was good. It was well seasoned but not salty and could tell that no MSG was used. (I am sensitive to MSG). The delivery man was friendly too. He greeted me when he saw that my door was opened. I will definitely re-order again.

Food's alright, more misses than hits over the 5 day trial. Portions are also quite small. Soups are pretty good though. Service can definitely be much better - no one called to confirm the order despite me ordering well in advance (a week at least) and I had to call the day before the tingkat is to start to have the staff member tell me they can only confirm that afternoon once they have sorted out the delivery schedule. They did eventually confirm the order but what if the delivery schedule was full? It would have left me high and dry, without any backup plan!

Repeated for another 20 days. generally, food is ok and variety is good with not so much processed food used.
