Food is okay, but however the fish has quite a number of bones. But vegetables still average.

Chicken is quite big slice.

Maybe it's the current COVID-19 situation and manpower crunch, but I found the food is below average across the trial period. Delivery also can be quite late and past the suggested consumption time! I've selected this based on the reviews, but got disappointed. Hopefully they can improve in the future and match the claims of the past reviews.

First try of the tingkat. The food never come. Called at 7pm 730pm then at 745pm no one picks up. Called the next day and still dare to say that the driver delivered where I never received anything. My 2 kids was so hungry.. irresponsible tingkat supplier. Then request for refund. They still dare to say got to wait till mid may cos need big boss approval and they cant go meet big boss often due to circuit breaker.. I shall see if I ever get my refund.

Food and service overall is good,value for money meals.

Food is pretty simple. Not salty which is good but is rather bland in taste. Most dishes taste about the same - star anise/ sesame oil/ ginger. Not much variety in taste.
Soup is quite tasteless and plain. Customer service and delivery man service are both good.

Satisfied with the service except that this time round, the amount of food seems to be lesser . Hope this is only temporary.

We are in general quite happy with the food and service. most the food are ok. generous portion and consistent delivery timing.

The food variety was good. The food taste is similar to mixed vegetables stalls. I haven't had any issues with them so far. Highly recommended.

Delivery is punctual . Portion is large enough. Main course like fish is very delicious.
