The food was good and delicious, packed nicely.
Delivery was fast and prompt and the delivery guy was friendly too even though they can be very busy this covid period.
Service of Hewtop is good, they will call you to confirm and payment is easy. Remember to put a hook or chair outside so they can ring your door bell, leave the food, and go deliver for others so they can have their meals on time also.

1. Photos are deceiving
2. Never had so much repeated veg dishes in any tingkat service I've ordered before (same veg x8 times in 20days)
3. Most dishes are just way too bland or doesn't taste good (even for a non picky eater), eg: potato came soggy or uncooked. Too many repeated dishes in 20 days... Often no meat included, fish came but it isn't fresh.
4. Even soup taste bad, I mean, how could one ruin soup?
5. Dinner tingkat came at 3pm which is way too early for any dinner time
6. All other caterers I've ordered from will send me their latest menu automatically. This company doesn't, even when I asked for it, management can see my msg but chose not to reply. Very bad service.
7. I always look forward to tingkat daily but Hewtop is the only catering I hope to end asap. DO NOT ORDER.

Food is average and acceptable. Serving portion is enough for 3 pax. There is variety. The meat based dishes are quite tasty especially the tender chicken. Some dishes are salty especially fish.

Poor service poor food in overall poor experience with them.
got my order wrong. no seafood become gt seafood. no ginger become gt ginger :(

Compared to my previous orders, the food didn’t taste as good or fresh. However delivery was quite punctual.

The servings are good. The soup is tasteless and the food options are rather uncreative. Mostly fish cakes.

Delicious home cooked food. Quantity is just right and service is good. This is my first time ordering tingkat and experience has been really satisfactory so far!

First time order here. The portion for 2 is generous. The soup taste was ok. Mui Choy Pork Belly consider good. But one thing is bad and disgusting which is their stir fry vegetable. The whole plate of vege is sour, I guess it had spoiled and also they didn’t even chop off the vegetable root and cook..

Food is good & portion quite large, but the soup can be better. Overall is ok but the delivery time too early.

First day, the veg had spoilt. Fed back and replied with apology and will send extra dish for next day. Day 2, no extra dish but food was good. Fed back why not extra dish or portion and replied sorry will add next day. Day 3 came with extra dish, but soup turned sour and spoilt. Fed back but no replies this time. I didn't bother to chase up for any apology/compensation. Will not reorder again.
