Yummy homecooked food with a generous portion. Ordered for 1 pax but it could actually fed up to 2 pax if you're not a big eater. Overall, this service is perfect for people working from home nowadays as you don't have to think about what to have for lunch.

First day, the veg had spoilt. Fed back and Hewtop apologised and will send extra dish for next day. Day 2, no extra dish but food was good. Fed back why not extra dish or portion and replied sorry will add next day. Day 3 came with extra dish, but soup turned sour and already spoilt. Fed back but no replies this time. Value for money but will not reorder.

Very disappointing service.
On 2 out of the 5 days, my dinner arrived before 3pm (before the stipulated time). The other it arrives around early 3pm.
On two separate occasions, two dished have turned bad.
Tried to inform caterer at all the phone numbers we previously interacted, but feedback/concerns were just ignored. Not even an acknowledgement.
This is a bad deal.

While the dishes arrive early, they can be cold to the touch. Without any response from the caterer, can't help wondering if they gave us their leftover lunch dishes.

Portion is generous. Food is generally good given the price. No issue on delivery too. Just that for lunch it’s microwaveable container not very environmentally friendly.

The vegetables for first day was horrible. There was lots of sand and the roots of the vegetables with sand was served in the boxes. The Tau Kee dish with Black Fungus also tasted sandy. Food from second day onwards tasted much better. I would also like to comment on the service quality of this caterer. They are not responsive to my text messages. I had to chase them for their bank details to make payment to them. On the fifth day, my food was not delivered and I called and texted them for close to 2 hours then got a response from them. They claimed that driver has delivered the food, but I been checking my door every 10-15 mins and didnt see the food delivered. They compensated by extending the trial by 1 day.

Food is OK, good value for money. Delivery to Admiralty area is very late, on average its after 1pm. There was once the delivery reached way past 1.30pm (around 2pm), and customer service line could not be reached to check delivery status.

Very good portion and nice food. I opted out the soup and gotten some pretty good finger food which my kids can eat.

Food quality not very high. Fried items tend to be over fried, eg fried fish was fried till it became very hard. Quantity not very consistent, sometimes very little.

Food was delivered at 11am. When it arrived, is just slightly luke warm, definitely have to warm up. Food and soup wise taste abit bland. Services could be better for the responses when confirming order and sending bank details for payment.

The food and service is good for me as I am working from home during this period. It delivered to me on 1pm as same as my lunch hour. Although the food are a little bit cold, but still can be accepted (I do not have microwave). Appreciated the good timing on delivery.
