Food was generally good. Delivery was superb with early delivery time. Packaging is also nice. The only drawback was sometimes the menu did not fit to our taste.

Ordered tingkat dinner during Circuit Breaker period to reduce frequency buying food at supermarket. So far each portion of dish is enough for 3 pax and the dish is not very salty. I have continued to order from this caterer for one more month. The price increase from $275 to $285 but still affordable.

Service is good. Staff attended to my numerous questions and is willingly to accommodate changes on the possible situations i may encounter should i need to make changes. The taste of food, on the other hand, needs to improve.

Today is the second day of trying out the tingkat catering. So far the food is ok. Today's portion is better than yesterday's one. Hope they can maintain this good portion!

Food is a bit salty. Customer service can be improved further by being more organised e.g. confirming with customers of their order at least 3 working days before the order start date.

Food quality generally ok, portion sometimes enough sometimes a bit little (especially the meat dishes). not too salty not too oily. rice portion is a lot. service is good.

Food portion is big. Value tingkat and worth to try. There is one time one of the dish cannot eat and caterer provide compensate in the next day. WhatsApp service is bad, need to dial in to get support instead.

Ordered 5 days trial. Each day there is 1 vege, 1 meat (decent), while the last 2 dishes tend to be very poor (UNHEALTHY) attempt at passing off easy snacks into dishes. These are not even food the typical economical rice shops will offer, as no one will buy them!
VERY DISAPPOINTING! Will not be ordering again!!

In general it is good... Especially in the pandemic period. 4 dishes for 1 meal.. That is superb. Nice dishes.

The portions are good and more than enough for 4 of us, we have 2 growing up children. We are a happy customer and will continue after our trial.
