Overall food was ok. Just that the egg on the first day is too salty.

Delivery person hang on the gate but the contents were dripping and it made a mess on the floor for first and second day.

Review was made on second day.

Food was average, abit salty at times, however there were few occasions the vegetables turned bad and we had to throw the entire dish away. Choice of dishes may suit the adults rather than children. Our favourite was the vegetable curry.
Delivery is prompt at 6plus throughout the 10 days.

Food arrived 430 pm onwards. Food portion was more than enough. Soup was yummy. Beancurd dishes not too tasty. Kids are ok with food so renewing with Hew Top again.

Food is nice and quite a big portion. A lot of varieties. Like the fish. Delivery is on time. Would order from tis cateter again.

Not my first time ordering tingkat from Hewtop. Quality of food is acceptable. Quantity of food is good and sufficient.

Ordered lunch and dinner. Has been ordering dinner tingkat from Hewtop since last year. Due to current situation, I ordered lunch too. Obviously, We like the taste and portion, that's why we continued renewing the 20days tingkat.

However, I realized that they cooked the dishes since morning. They have delivered the same dish for both lunch and dinner accidentally. The food is nice for lunch. But the vegetables turned sour for dinner delivery. The vegetables was cooked since morning, that's why it is sour.

Hope that they can improve this by cooking the dinner tingkat at later timing. This is actually not the first time.

Food portion is enough. Variety of food is there. Soup too bland. Will explore other caterer and come back again

The delivery is prompt, always about 430-530pm. The initial contact to place the order was prompt, efficient and polite. The food really helped to save us the hassle of planning, prepping and cooking. And love that there's the option for tingkat, instead of plastic containers. Food tends to be on the saltier side, you really need rice to balance it out. Also, the vegetables, leafy greens with carrots, tend to have a slight sourness to it. I do like my food hot so after this, will probably resume cooking by myself.

The food is tasty especially the curry chicken! The gravy is not those watery type and is quite thick. The serving portion is a lot too.

The food and portion is just nice for one pax.good customer service and responses. May repeat order again
