Hewtop Catering Pte Ltd

First time ordering. Overall the food is ok, portion was adequate and food was still warm upon arrival.

Basically most of the food are nice but my mum finds the vegetables too hard to bite. They are not evenly cooked before removing from the wok. It would be good if more care can me given to old folks as most of us actually cater for their meals. Please tell your kitchen to cook the vegetables softer.

Food is good, this is a repeated order from this caterer and the price is competitive. Close follow up from them regarding the order via whatsapp. Processes was streamlined and efficient.

Food is tasty and portion is good. The food delivery was early. Good that they can accept cash on delivery.

The food more savoury and tasty as compared to the other caterer that we ordered. It suits my taste bud

The customer service is responsive, reply to my whatsapp queries almost instantly, our food sent around 5.30pm everyday for dinner, on time but i am sorry to say that the food is not too nice especially the vegetable.

3rd time ordering. But food variety is getting worst. Every day , one of the dish will sure be a repeat for the next day. I have eaten the same dish for 3 days. Have feedback to the company, but no changes made.

Repeat order . Portion is big and vegetables are tasty.

Fifth cycle ordering, the variety not much different after the fifth cycle. May try other caterer next round.

Food deliver on time everyday. A bit salty.
Like the dishes. Different menu every day.
As i am giving some to my 10months old baby, hope the dishes is not salty.
The portion is good, i order for one person and there is still some leftover so that i can give some to my baby to eat. And then i still can ate some for dinner.
