Hewtop Catering Pte Ltd

Have ordered from this caterer for the last few months.

food is ok although sometimes the combination is quite bad or the dishes looks too simple like fishball or sausage.

overall still ok.

Very affordable tingkat for lunch. Choose the option of 3dishes + soup.
Most days the dishes are tasty and with good portion.
Delivery very punctual as well.

The food quality and amount is good. The price is considered affordable especially for older people. The service also good and punctual.

Food always up to expectation, has been with them for more than a year. Menu is quite comprehensive, delivery is always on time.

This is my 42th order from Hewtop. All foods are nice but sad is that the price has gone up a bit, hope that this will not affected the food variety.

Portion can be increased. Sometime is too little. Varieties of soup needs to be improved. Seafood is a good choice if a meal consists too many meats already. Hope to see less process food.

Not seeing any improvement on food quality even though the price increased. Sometimes the vegetable dishes can be plain and starchy . Customer service is improving as they let me know earlier that there is a delay in the delivery time .

The food delivered is on time. Delivery man is friendly. The food is okay for its value. Hope there is more variety of food.

Improvement in seasonal vegetable dish especially less starch and salt. Also reduced oil in most of the vegie dish but taste is maintained.

Tingkat was served early and portion for 2 pax can be for 3 pax. food was decently nice and affordable
