Many cycles of renewal already. Good to have tingkat delivery during covid period. But menu can have more variety and less repetition

The food portion a bit little sometime, no enough for 1 adult and the rice not so good. Overall still okay but can be better.

Food is decent and customer service is responsive. tingkat arrives in a reasonable time. I will reorder again

I ordered 4 dishes for 3 pax. In general, the food is pretty good and portion is good enough for my family of 3 adults and 2 kids below 7 years old. Prices are cheaper compared to Kim Paradise however, the service is lacking, the service staffs at the hotline are messy. They mixed up the delivery dates and last date of delivery several times via SMS. There are a lot of miscommunication internally between the staffs. Other than this, the food is value for money.

A few hiccups with payment but overall delivery is still prompt.

The dishes with Cereals are nice. Can do better with soup. Overall still ok, don't very salty, only sometimes.

The food met our expectation. This is our 4th time ordering the catering. The 4th time catering, we discovered a staple inside the food and informed the caterer. The caterer did not replace the dish the next day and only said sorry. A bit dissapointed with the caterer as we are not a first time customer.

I had just change from hong choo to this catering. Today is the 4th day so far the good are taste good and my 3 kids love it!

Overall, dishes are well cooked. Few times ordered from this caterer. Requested for some changes to the dishes and feedback, sales person are responded fast and considerate. Satified with customer service etc

Food is generally good but can be inconsistent in taste. Also would be good if the delivery timing could be more consistent. Hewtop wrote in to explain that the erratic timings are due to the transport route and the changes arising from new customers or existing customers dropping out. Have i reached 100 characters yet?
