Food is generally soft enough for the elderly and one does not feel thirsty after eating. However, I wish the stalks of some green leafy vegetables and also potatoes be cooked till a little softer. In fact, some stalks of green leafy vegetables should not even be added in such as the green vegetables provided on 13 Feb night.

Sometimes we get processed food. No processed food please.

Wish the food could be delivered at about 6 pm instead of around 4. It's a bit too early for dinner. Food gets cold and so not so delicious.

On 31 Jan, my mum had diarrhoea though she consumed within half an hour of delivery. Would like to appeal that food hygiene and cooking be improved.

Food was always delivered by 10am. Menu changes on weekly basis, food taste good in general, some days too many fried food.

The food is acceptable. Portion is good, sufficient for 2 pax. As this was ordered for old folks, they would prefer lesser fried items.

I find this caterer prompt in service and when I ran into a day when I cannot eat at home, I ask for cancellation and it was done without any fuss or difficulty.

Food was delivered about 10am but I usually eat at around 12pm without heating it up as it is not too cold. Overall satisfied with the food and price and have ordered from the caterer previously.

Had tried several caterers. This is one of the better ones! Food has variety and tasty. Sometimes a little late in delivery though.

Really nice food which is not too salty and suits elderly taste bud. Delivery was also prompt and excellent service.

There is a good mix of food for the 20days. The food is not too oily and not salty. The support from the office is good and personable.
