Decent delivery n food

Overall, food taste is nice, similar with home cook meal. Things for improvement are soup is tasteless, vegetable (chai xin/ xiao bai chai) does not fully cook.

Food is cold & dry when delivered at 6:05pm, There is a sticker on the container " finish by 630pm".

Soup : add in ingredient to water, boil and serve. Diluted. No taste at all.

Vege : Repeated more than 2 times a week.

Food so so only. Change to another caterer for comparison.

Love the food as not too salty and serving is just nice for 1 pax. I am satisfied with their food and service.

We experienced quite a few issues with the caterer.
No delivery was made on the first day. When we called to check, they claimed delivery was made when we obviously never received the food.
No delivery was made on the third day. Again we called to check and they said due to some issues they can't deliver the food and hence have notified us, but they have notified the wrong contact, leaving us not fully aware of the situation.
Since delivery was during dinner timing, we can only call during business hour during the next day, which is troublesome.
So far, the food we ate was edible, can have more improvement.

Good service. Food delivered on time. Taste ok. Price reasonable.
