Their service has deteriorated significantly over time.

The food quantity is getting lesser and the quality and has been consistently poor. We've received dishes with wilted, yellow leaves, and pork that's overly starched and hard to chew. Low-quality uneatable processed food.

Food standard has dropped alot from the time we ordered. The 4th dish which can be like fish cake or cheese tofu can be repeated on 2 consecutive days.

Tried the 5-day lunch package and missing 2 meals . Nobody notify about the missing meal until I call them after I have waited my lunch for more than an hour. Decent price but terrible delivery service. Please refund the missing meals.

Sometimes caterer never deliver food due to vehicle breakdown. Sometimes got missing dish in the delivery.

Food is acceptable but the vegetables does not look appetising. The green leafy vegetables is sometimes not green. Rice is sufficient.

Food and service were used to be excellent. However, for the past order, we experienced frequent delays and cancellations due to non-availability of driver. Would appreciate 1-2 days early notification so that the family members can make alternative food arrangement.

I am very disappointed with their delivery. Initially the delivery timing was on time but in Nov 2024 the delivery starts to be later and eventually certain days with no delivery. Phone call was made to the company but no one answered. Last minute noticed was given for no delivery for almost a week. Quite disappointing.

Considering vegetables are not an expensive ingredient and yet I noticed that sometimes some of the vegetable dishes provided had already begun to spoil, having turned yellowish in colour, indicating a lack of freshness.

I've attached photos for reference. Hopefully, Hewtop will take steps to improve the quality and freshness of their ingredients.

No food is not up to expectation.

Quanyity - food amount not enough. Too little. Still hungry after finishing food.

Quality - no variation in dishes. Cooking is bad. Not tasty. Not delicious. Dont feel like eating looking at the dishes. No effort put in to improve dishes. No pride in your work.

Quantity and quality have both dropped drastically compared to the past. Time to change the cooks and cooking style and menu.
