This is my 43th order from Hewtop. Happy with the food this round as all the foods are so good taste.

Varieties is getting lesser. Sometime contains Processed food. Seaweed soup has very fishy smell. Hope menu can be improved.

Healthy and always on time. Dependable and reliable too. Definitely will continue with them. Highly recommended.

The vegetable sometimes can be quite starchy. Still serving poor quality processed food and I noticed that the size of the prawns is getting smaller even though there is an increase in prices.

Meal arrives early, arrives before 10am for lunch. Meal is okay, with sufficient variety, overall okay.

Overall the food was alright and food portions were sufficient and delivery also timely.

Have renewed the 3rd cycle.

Some feedback /suggestiins :
1. Give more often pig trotters, curry chicken
2 fry / steam eggs with pieces of black century eggs
3.avoid putting TCM herbs into soup. We want to drink clear soup, not drink Chinese medicine
4. Pork slices are tastekess like eating paper. Fry them with sambal balachan
5.fry vegy or long beans with hay bee or hay bee hiem
6. Try new dishes like Japanese tempura using onions, carrots, mushrooms

2. Do not use TCM herbs in soup. We want to drink clear soup , not take Chinese medicine
3. Fry vegetables with sambal balachan and hay bee
4. Fry vegy with hay bee hiem

6. Pork slices taste like eating paper. Fry with sambal balachan or hay bee or hay bee hiem

The food was ok. But suggest more varieties. Depends on what individuals like also. Hope can have more promotion.
