Food come too early at 10am , & its cold.

Food so so only. Change to another caterer for comparison.

Love the food as not too salty and serving is just nice for 1 pax. I am satisfied with their food and service.

We experienced quite a few issues with the caterer.
No delivery was made on the first day. When we called to check, they claimed delivery was made when we obviously never received the food.
No delivery was made on the third day. Again we called to check and they said due to some issues they can't deliver the food and hence have notified us, but they have notified the wrong contact, leaving us not fully aware of the situation.
Since delivery was during dinner timing, we can only call during business hour during the next day, which is troublesome.
So far, the food we ate was edible, can have more improvement.

Good service. Food delivered on time. Taste ok. Price reasonable.

Not too good. First day of tingkat they sent to wrong unit even though there was an invoice attached to it with the correct unit number. One of the days they sent me 3 dishes and 1 soup even though I ordered 4 dishes. Poor service and did not do their best to salvage the situation. My opinion is their customer service ought to improve.

Food quite nice and value for money. However it will be good if the food deliver to us is warm.

The vegetable portion were big. Foods overall is satisfied. Food is nice, can try.

Food is not bad at a reasonable price.
