It is good not bad just that food comes at 3pm each day

Not many caterers allow ordering of Tingkat for 3 days a week in my area. So I have been a loyal customer for the last 4 months. Food generally ok and only have diarrhea once so far. Food is delivered mostly at the same time and to be consumed by 630pm.

The food is pretty yummy and the portion is sufficient for 2 person. The variety is good too, as there is no repeat of menu in 3 weeks. The soup is sometimes more, sometimes lesser. The food is prepared in the early afternoon, though delivered around 6pm. Food needs to be reheated.

The dishes are not too salty. Like the soup. Value for money

Delivery lunch is consistent timing, sometimes 11+ sometimes 12+ or 1pm which makes me inconvenience to plan my meeting time if im going out. Cater for 2 pax but sometimes the food can be 3/5 pcs instead of 4/6 pcs. We are not a big eater but somehow food consider quite less comparing to other caterer. Thus decided to reorder back the other one.

Consistent food standards and punctual delivery timing. Good customer service!

Delicious and fresh items. Quality provider who, though missed out on an item during the 1st delivery, quickly made good with another in subsequent delivery.
