Hewtop Catering Pte Ltd

Food and dish portion a bit small nowadays. Hope to have more meat dishes, as most of the dishes are vegetable or egg.

Value for money tingkat dinner. Very good and courteous customer service with prompt communication. Ordered a number of months from them.

Food is better recently. Taste good. Some meat dishes, meat is tender and flavorful. Vegetables are not so overcooked recently. Sometimes can be a bit overcook. Vegetables however are not washed clean sometimes.

Always repeated order from this tingkat food services.
The food is up to standard and suitable for children. Will keep on support if they maintain the good service.

I order both lunch and dinner tingkat.

For lunch, do not give tofu and fried eggs all the time. Cook a wider variety of dishes, so that lunch can be different from dinner dishes.

Customer service always good and supportive.
Dishes ok, portion is good enough for my family.

I am repeat customer, support for years.

Delivery uncle always on time and I am regular customer for number of years already. Will continue to support, hope they keep up their service and improve food quality.

Ordered for mum. First day fish was big piece and yummy. Soups are mostly tasty but there were some bland ones. Dishes mostly nice but there were also some misses like meat that's hard and difficult to bite

The food was good with tasty soup. The amount of food is sufficient for 2 pax. It will be our main consideration for our next reorder.

Generally the food was good, big portion of dishes and rice for 2pax, consistent delivery time, customer service are responsive.
Vegetable dish can be improve.
Overall good experience and worth the price.
