Mother in law favorite been many years. Trust worthy... highly recommended.... got process food but still ok...

Repeat orders monthly for years. Same as before. There are prawns on Fridays. Fourth dish is processed food like hotdogs, fish balls, nuggets.

It is a good feeling to have dinner waiting at home after a day's work.
Food portion is good enough for 2 pax even though my order is for one person.

Dishes are repeated consecutively. Eg 3 days of exact same pumpkin and pig stomach soup. Feels like leftovers are being served. Same Vegetables are always repeated. We received 2 days of rotten cabbage and soured veg another day.
Delivery timing was not consistent. Once as early as 2.30pm, and next day 6.55pm. there was no update even when there is delay. We almost ordered alternative grab good already.
My son said he will not come home for dinner if we order this again. Enuff said.

The food quality is decent that it isn't oily or salty. It would be great to have more diversity in the menu.

Food is generally ok. fourth dish has variety. taste is good. portion tends to be bigger for packet.

Generally 1-2 dishes of most days are good to have. Would really love the soup instead of finger food as the 4th dish but soup is served in plastic containers. I love that the food is delivered in tingkats which is the primary reason for sticking to Hewtop!

Food portion is reasonable. Feels like recently the variety of dishes has gone down somewhat. Hope they maintain standards as previously.

Food portion was just right for 1pax. Overall my helper is satisfied with the meals and she enjoyed it alot.
