The soup was too much of onion add in don't really taste hood, other dishes was still adverage.food was very big portion.

The timing is always prompt. Would like more varieties of dishes and soup. Vegetables is about the same daily. The soup can be improved. The portion sometime is too little. Good thing is not saltish…

The food was ok, only sometimes the food is spilt, the whole plastic bag is wet. I do realise this tingkat has more fried stuff and the veg will usually be the same

The dishes were mostly delicious, only sometimes repeated. But overall my family enjoys the food. Not bad.

Standard not maintained. No improvement . Vege portion is small for 2 . Yellowish and overcooked. Too many low cost food.

Food delivery was always on time at about 5pm. When food arrive it is still warm. So far my family like it.

Been renewing monthly dinner tingkat for few months now. Value for money. Nice customer service.
However, there was 1 day of late delivery at 7pm which we were not notified. Customer Service picked up my message the next day and provided alternate number to contact after 6pm. That was good service recovery.
