Initially when we tried out the package for a trial period of 5 days, the food was not so saltish & oily. That was why we continued to order the 20 day dinner package. Surprisingly, on the last day of service of the 20 day package, the food quality was very much improved - same as the trial package of 5 days. We suspect the cook for trial period (food provided in plastic containers) and the last day of the 20 day package (food served in plastic containers) was a different person from the one on 20 day package (food served in metal containers).
