Never ever order from this caterer! Reviewed on 15th Jul 2017 Verified Purchase 1) Super atrocious service. 2) We were told delivery to our address will be by 1pm latest. It arrived close to 1.30pm every day. 3) Hence, we requested termination after DAY 3, but was told must complete 1 more day which we agreed. THE FOOD ... More NEVER ARRIVED ON DAY 4 which was the last day of the trial. 4) Without prior notice given to us, the so-called replacement food (for DAY 4 which they totally missed) arrived on DAY 5, which we did not know it was coming and had already eaten lunch that day. 5) Throughout the few days, we had such difficulty with getting anyone on the phone; and when we did, they could not give any answers or help us find suitable solutions. And there was NO APOLOGY for missing DAY 4. They had to go and buy food after they finally managed to reach someone from the office on the phone at almost 2pm (calling since 1.30pm) and found out they missed the delivery. 6) The food is really nothing to sing about anyway. On 12 May due to the food only reach my place at 7:15pm, the mixed season bean turn sour due to fried with tau kua; same for the fish slices, ended up my partner and I have to fried some egg to replaced the spoiled dishes.
