The caterer gave value for money dishes by serving up wholesome dishes instead of fried food or fancy dishes that are oily & fatty. My suggestion for this review ... More will be to limit the number of big bones or ribs dishes as these dishes are difficult to chew for seniors or kids, making them not senior and kid friendly. Also, as mentioned in my previous review, the big bones dishes do not have much meat on them, so we always have to supplement and prepare additional protein dishes for our dinner. I hope Hew Top will find this feedback useful for their menu planning.
