I especially appreciate the service of the delivery uncle as I live in a private estate and it can be a hassle for deliveries to be made to my unit due to security checks at the guard house. The delivery uncle understood my preference to leave my lunch on the bench outside of my door and to press the door bell to notify me, so kudos to him. Also, deliveries have been very on time at around 12.30pm to my area which is just nice.
