Have already lodge a complain, hope they really take note on food hygiene. They do follow up with complimentary meal or dish. Food is ok ... More only. I choose to have 4 dishes instead of 3 dishes+1 soup. I realise the 4th dish of all days are just fried stuff like fishball, fried wanton, fried fish cake, fried spring roll and etc. And they dont tell you the 4th dish in menu. So do take note if you don't like fried stuff everyday. Their respond is quick. I encounter a dish which already taste weird when i consume, they give me additional dish on the other day as a replacement. By the way, the green vege, have too much stem instead of leave. The food is not as nice as the earlier 2 and i have in fact threw away most of the time. Sorry that i dont mean to waste food. Delivery Service was bad. The staff did not know how to activate condo lifts and there was once they left and i had no lunch. Delivery timing also not ideal, off from the usual lunch and dinner time. Service was unacceptable. When in need, could not reach anyone for help. For the dinner, it was sent using tingkat, the metal containers. I was NOT and NEVER been told that i have to wash clean. Until lately, they told me that i should have washed clean as they will just add the dishes in the same container i return. How hygienic could this be as they have 2 sets of the tingkat and rotate over the nights. Lastly, from the photo my wife took from dinner on Mon, she found a string.
