Portion was definitely not sufficient for 15pax.

Opted for self-collection at 4pm and when I arrived at 1550hrs the store was closed for the day. Was informed that the food was left on the table outside the store unattended. Upon inspection, food was found to be cold.

Food tasted below average as it was cold when I collected.

This is the 1st time i'm ordering from this caterer and would definitely be my last.
Would not recommend this caterer to anyone else.

I am a loyal foodline customer as I always order anytime whenever I have special occasion especially my parents' yearly mini home birthday celebration after COVID. I was very delighted to find this caterer this year with self collection. This caterer had provided two cooler bags to keep all my food items warm and sealed tightly all food items to prevent leakage and hygienic. Very impressive to me. I had surprised my mum with her favorite dessert BUBUR CHA CHA and my favorite item was their monthly free item KUEH UBI KAYU, yeah. All food item were delicious except curry chicken was abit iluted to me.
With order again from this caterer in future.

Yes, food quality and quantity was good! the orh nee or yam paste with gingko nuts was very good and guests enjoyed and took multiple servings. the vegetables with tofu and cereal prawns were great too! the food arrived on time and nicely packed in cooler bags

The food portion were just nice. We love the ohn nee and tapioca kueh. The cereal prawn is tasty too.

Food delivered 25mins early which is fine after the checking and setup we start on time. Overall food was tasty and not too salty. Salad Pork Floss Prawns is totally without shells, very easy to consume. Portion on Spareribs is a bit too small. Fried rice portion is big. Thanks for the free desserts.

Great customer service from foodline and hock hoe heng restaurant to accept and amend my order despite short notice, slight disappointment for getting replaced by eclair but still great overall experience

The food was delicious. Quantity was just right. Thank you for the complimentary desert. However, the food came 45 min earlier and so was not warm when the guests arrived.

Food was delivered 10mins before stipulated time. Great job! Hot when received. And also vendor able to facilitate dish change and requests to separate into 2 packaging. Kudos to vendor! Food taste was ok though, good for the price.

Absolutely impressed with their dish and service! The variety of dishes was fantastic, offering something delicious for every guest's taste. Quality of the food, portion and taste were great too.

Ordered lotus leaf fried rice but was told its out of stock. Food arrived late on function day. Paying $35 for delivery service was steep and was late! Causing anxiety and embarrassment to the host. Don't expect customer support to answer your call or respond to you in a timely manner.
