Birthday celebration

Food taste is not as good as other caterers. Fried rice was pretty bland and pandan chicken meat was sort of tough. Teochew crispy prawn roll was soggy. On the good side, broccoli with mushroom and salad pork floss prawns were passable. Portion was generous though.

Value for money and responsive caterer.

Portion size and taste are good considering the very affordable prices. Surprising the guests love the fried rice. Curry chicken is not spicy at all and very suitable for young children. Duck also tastes not bad.

Cheap and Value for money Mini-Buffet

This was a self collection at the caterer's place in Woodland. I was on time to pick the items which were already prepared at the door. The person in charge was very nice and polite and he helped me carried one bag to my car. The items were in 2 warmer bags to keep warm. The food were nice except that the Longevity Stir Fry Noodle was a bit salty and soggy and the noodle were all very short. The Braised Pork was a bit oily too. The rest of food were okay and nice.

The staff who delivery the food is friendly and helpful.

Generally the taste of the food is average, the portion is enough for 8-10 pax.
Prawn Roll is not that good which review said is the signiture dish for this restaurant. Dessert Yam paste is not bad but the Ginko nuts is not fresh which is disappointed. The spare rib is tender and nice. The Satay and sauce is tasty .

Food portion was good. Food ready on time. Curry chicken, prawn salted egg and.wu xiang were very nice and tasty. Dissapointed though with the cereal fish as hardly can see the cereal - kids dissapointed Coz they like the cereal. Yang Chou fried rice is decent - not so tasty. Overall very happy with the order. Highly recommended.

Quality and Quantity of the Foods can be improved

Pro:
- Last minute contacted the caterer and they kindly accepted it and also willing to change one of the dishes for me.
- the dessert Yam Paste & Barley Ginkgo was very good
- Foods quantity was good enough for 8ppl

Con:
- most of the foods qualities were below expectations.
- noodle was soggy, curry was more of like instant thick curry and braised pork was a little hard to chew.
