DELIVERY MET WITH ACCIDENT

The service wasn't that great as the driver met with an accident as it was raining that day. Whereas customer service did gave us prompt reply and explaination.

15pax order, but only 10pax portion came!

I have ordered a 15 pax mini buffet and it did arrived on time. But the portion was like for 10 pax portion! Me and my guests are embarrassed to take more food as there are not enough to serve the guests that came much later.

Although they gave us “free samosa”, the 6 dishes + free samosa are not enough to serve for 15 person! For one of the dish selected, I had even topped up $$ for the recommended duck dish, but the duck dish turned out to be a very small portion and not worth the money topped up for it!

I feel sad for my guests that they came for dinner and not had enough to fill their tummy.

I would never order from this caterer again! Definitely never!

I regretted my decision. Food wasnt cheap and it tasted bad.

Huge disappoinment, could have gotten better food elsewhere really regretted and embarrased abt the food
Pineapple rice was tasteless and bland.no ingredient.
porkribs was cooked with chilli sauce so spicy all the kids.sweet sour fish sauce was also spicy instead of chilli sauce. My son did not take his dinner.i had no appetite either.

Prawn was ok but no sweet sauce given
Ala carte duck was gamey according to guest no sauce was given
4 treasure vege tasted weird sour and bitter, on the verge of gg bad.i felt bad
Food was scheduled at 630pm.driver called at 5.10pm saying he has arrived.i was surprised they arrived way too early which means food was probably cooked at 3 plus 4 plus.

By the time my guest came food was soooooooo coooold.
I really hope they contact me and give me some explaination

Mini buffet for 10paxes

Food quality is not bad, portion wise ok. But I will not order from this caterer again. Because this caterer didn’t provide any food thong and laddle, the first caterer which I came across that didn’t provide.

Delay in delivery affected the freshness and quality of food

There was a delay in the food delivery by 30 minutes thereabouts. The caterer has compensated by giving free extra satay. A few dishes were lukewarm on arrival. Also quality of the paper plates are not up to standard. No disposable containers and servettes were provided.

Mini buffet take cannot choose your own preferred food

I ordered 8 course buffet but missing mini chocolate eclair which I like most. Ordered sweet n sour fish but received cereal fish which is too hard. Ordered five spices prawn balls but dun think it's correct and is overcooked. Ordered deep fried butter prawn but received salted egg prawn, luckily taste quite well. Ordered stir fried Hong Kong mee but received different type of noodle n too salty. Although they gave 2 boxes of curry chicken full of gravy but the Chicken was cut into very small pieces eg a 3 joint wing was chopped into 5 small pieces. Roasted suckling pig only about 20% crispy the rest of crispy skin not crispy at all. I was wondering if I was ordering buffet with my preferred food or just any food the catering prepared. No disposal table cloth, scoops, serviettes n name card or brochure provided. Totally disappointed with this catering n spoil my event totally

Acceptable but room for improvement

The food arrived very early around 4pm plus. It came with warmer. Food is normal but the portion is small. The Cold Platter Combination is not impressive at all, the century egg is not fresh and the rest is like fast food quality. The better dish is the abalone and prawn.
