There was good variety of the food. Food was not too salty. Portion wise sufficient for 2 pax. Ordered again

Service was good. Food quantity ok for 4 PAX. However, as I'm probably the last location for the tingkat delivery, there were once that my food went back.

They end up giving me 1 extra dish the next day to compensate.

Awesome customer service. CS team was polite and prompt in follow up. food portion was decent. the only downside is certain items were a little salty and they gave repeated dishes on consecutive days. Other than that they really put in effort in crafting the meals.

Great service by staff when calling in to change delivery service dates. Food wise, not too oily nor salty. However, quantity of food has reduced by quite a bit compared to our previous cycles.

Have tried the meal for many times and yet still think that both the foods and services are one of the best.

Food was up to expectation with the exception of preserved vegy dishes that does not go well with my children

We enjoy their Tingkat a lot and though we ordered a 20 day package, we did not get a lot of repeat.

Service very good and allow not having chicken for dishes which is rare. Some times the soup and be a bit bland.

Definitely value for money! would recommend :) Food portion great for 3 pax. Will reorder again. Many thanks!
