It taste more like home cooked food than other caterers as they use less starch but the fish has bones I will suggest that they hVe ann option that allow for choosing of non bone fish that will be great thank you

This is the third vendor I ordered tingkat from.
Customer service is great - called me to ask for feedback on the dishes.
Dishes lack variety. The chicken dishes taste somewhat similar. Some pork dishes are fatty/ oily. And the vege dishes repeat and tend to be a bit oily. The soup dishes are great though.

Variety and portion size was good for me. Convenient and well-balance meal for all. Service was good as well.
Actually my area was not one of the delivery area; really appreciate that they accept my order.

Portion was good, sometimes more sometimes less. Dishes were unique and some are special like lemongrass curry fish and herbal chicken. Flavour was not bad though some dishes can be quite oily. Overall, dishes tastes good and are different from other Tingkat caterers.

The portion is not great for 2 people. Credit to them is that they gave portion of fish instead of sliced fish. Have tried many vendors and this is the only one does not accept cheque payment.

Overall food quality, taste is consider good except the soup for some days need improvement as we do not see the ingredients except the pork rib or chicken (i.e ot sure exactly what soup is that). Delivery everyday is very prompt.
There is no one replying the enquiry via email.

Foods was tasty, not too oily and salty. Food came the correct timing.. Overall ok, will order again.

Food - cooked to the taste buds of all the individuals in my family - there sure will be a dish liked by someone! And for the FIRST time of our tingkat food catering since Mar, we could finish ALL the dishes on several days!

The adults love the fish dishes ... they are not the fish nuggets or finger foods, but blocks/fillets of fish with bones cooked in various styles! Hardly see such dishes in other caterers. Thus we said this is VALUE for MONEY!

The children love the steamed, fried and minced pork items - convenient!

Grandma loves the greens and pumpkins and they were always cooked with some additional ingredients to make them more appetising-looking.

Food was not too salty and we believe there was no MSG as we did not feel thirsty and needed to wash down with water after dinner.

Service is recommendable. Hong Choo was the first caterer who would call to confirm the order before it commenced and also when it was to end.

Ok taste. Sometimes too salty and little portion but still cheap so no complains. Nevertheless I still like the fried dishes I think they taste better than other dishes.

Food tastes home cooked and not salty. Portions are just right for 2 pax. Suitable for families with kids. Value for money!
