Meals were delivered punctually around 4-5pm (Tampines area), usually by the same bespectacled Uncle who is so polite and kind. Variety is good, always 2 meat dishes, 1 veg, and 1 “sinful” dish. Like that the dishes are usually saucy and not overly dry. Value for money and will keep ordering.

This has been my 3rd orders. The dishes are nice compared to other caterers and the price is reasonable. Fast response from staff. Will order again. Recommended.

Food delivery mostly on time, not late. Had 1-2 hiccups but after service was ok. Will continue as long as they maintain their service and food

I recently tried Hong Choo Tingkat delivery for the first time, and I was impressed by the balanced, home-style cooking. My family especially enjoys the braised pork, braised chicken, and curry chicken, though they’re not fans of nuggets.
Since everyone in my household loves the meals, I’ve continued ordering Tingkat from Hong Choo. Thank you, Hong Choo, for bringing such delicious food to our table!

Food is good, especially the soup. Portion size can be improved for some days. Overall not bad, will order again.

On the very first day, the wrong order was sent as I ordered 4 dishes but received 3+soup order. The delivering time can be quite late and on 2 occasions, the dinner arrived past 6pm. As my family prefer early dinner, the caterer actually try their best to deliver the dinner by 5pm which was achieved on most days. The food quality is above average and my family quite like it when compared to other caterers out there. But the price point is on the higher side. Will consider renew the contract next month.

Really happy with Hong Choo’s tingkat service. The food is simple, home-style, and not overly salty or greasy, which makes it great for daily meals. Portions are generous and the dishes, especially the fish and meat, are quite tasty.
Delivery has been mostly smooth, and I like the convenience of not having to think about meals every day.

The food is very generous in terms of amount so it is truly value for money. The meat dishes are mostly nice and tasty. However the veggie dishes are quite boring and mostly did not suite our taste.

The food 4 dishes with 1 rice dinner was acceptable for one person in fact small portion eater can split meals into two if they like unfortunately for me one of day the delivery guy send my dinner to the wrong address. The carterer did compensate the missing dinner by one meal and fined the delivery guy but the experience is unpleasant do I cancel the renew order
