Really happy with Hong Choo’s tingkat service. The food is simple, home-style, and not overly salty or greasy, which makes it great for daily meals. Portions are generous and the dishes, especially the fish and meat, are quite tasty.
Delivery has been mostly smooth, and I like the convenience of not having to think about meals every day.

The food is very generous in terms of amount so it is truly value for money. The meat dishes are mostly nice and tasty. However the veggie dishes are quite boring and mostly did not suite our taste.

The food 4 dishes with 1 rice dinner was acceptable for one person in fact small portion eater can split meals into two if they like unfortunately for me one of day the delivery guy send my dinner to the wrong address. The carterer did compensate the missing dinner by one meal and fined the delivery guy but the experience is unpleasant do I cancel the renew order

The food is healthy and tasty. And the delivery always on time. But sometime vegetable portion is too little for 2 pax.

Out of the 20 deliveries, twice with error even tho it was indicated without chilli as our little one is unable to take the heat. They did apologize on both rounds but shouldn't be repeated. Apart from that, food is generally okay and generally responsive via customer service. The delivery was very early, sometimes 2+pm which we have no control nor choice and we are only able to consume by 7pm due to our schedules.

Food was surprisingly appetising and close to cantonese style cuisine. Wife and kids loved it. Will order again

Delivery time is early which is good. Home cooked food as less salt and oil. Fish is always fresh. Recommended.
I ordered 4 dishes. Therefore no comment on soup.

Food was alright, portion was also alright. Delivery timing staggers, sometimes earlier part of the range sometimes later. But all within the time range.

Best ever food chosen after the first one retired. Good variety and customer servicer officer is flexible and reminds you of expiring sub. Thank U!
