Food used to be okay but some dishes a bit too salty. Also recently kept repeating same dishes within two weeks.

The food in general is salty. Taste is okay but can be less salty. Daily cooking method can also have better mix/variety, eg, same soya sauce cook for both pork and chicken.

Food prepare and delivery too early but it is difficult for caterer to adjust because many orders need to deliver.

Repeat order for a few rounds. Taste is suitable for my parents. Delivery is usually on time and if there are late days, CS is responsive to check whenever we contact them.

Fish ball or meat ball soups quite often taste too salty, also contain simple or no ingredients. Perhaps add in some vegetable is good choice.

Food was sufficient and variety was ok. Repeated order with this vendor. Will likely still use them as they are normally on time.

Service : punctual delivery, good

Food : always same dishes. Very monotonous. Getting rather tired of it. Should change or vary menu dishes eg fried tang hoon with hay bee. Steam minced pork and fried eggs are boringly tasteless like eating paper. Give fried chicken in batter.

Food quality and service is consistent since I have taken up their dinner tingkat service since last November. I am able to see that the caterer gives us the best ingredients with the affordable charges. Warm and great service from the administration side as well.

Home cook food. Taste like my mummy food. Love love the dishes so much thank you for good food. Keep ordering
