I’ve been having the tingkat lunch from Jiaba Catering for months now, and so far, they’ve been consistent in maintaining their quality.

Here’s my take on some recent dishes:

1. Pork slices with fermented red bean curd and garlic chives ... More – very delicious.
2. Stir-fried snake gourd with eggs – a bit too salty for my taste.
3. Scallion oil dumplings – a little too oily.

That said, overall, they are one of the best Tingkat catering services I’ve tried. Their customer service is excellent—very responsive and prompt. I’m happy with Jia Ba Catering and would highly recommend them.

3. Steamed salmon with ginger & spring onion - very good
4. Fried salmon with mayonnaise – good, but one piece was ... More over-fried and too hard
5. Braise pork belly with peanuts - most pieces were too fatty
6. Coffee pork ribs - very hard in texture
7. Radish cake with Chinese sausage - a bit too oily
8. Sweet and sour stir-fried chikuwa – not a fan, as it’s processed food and less healthy.

Overall, some dishes are really tasty, but there’s room for improvement in consistency and healthier options

First time order from Jia Ba. Food quite okay and usually do not feel thirsty after eating(No msg). The Sambal Egg is nice and well cooked. As we know the green layer on an overcooked egg yolk is a harmless compound called ferrous sulfide, which ... More forms when the egg is exposed to high heat for too long. So far their hard boiled egg is good.

Soups are very tasty as chef boiled with soybean for most of the soups. However I have sensitive stomach, so the soybean caused stomach bloated.

Customer service is very accommodating and agreed to change my order to 4 dishes instead of 3 dishes + 1 soup. Really appreciated.
