The food was well received and well liked by my family members, on time delivery

Taste of the food is ok. Variety is ok. But as with all caterer, you will get bored of the food as time goes by. What i like about hong choo is their customer service is very responsive and helpful. They will also keep reminding to renew your order nearing expiry date. The service is really top notch.

The food was fine and the portion was great! We do enjoy all the meals by the caterer! The only thing we don't really like was the food was delivered too early. Around 4PM, at times, before 4PM. I would also like to applaud on the service provided when we texted in.

The delivery uncle was amazingly prompt and efficient.
The food portion was for 4 pax but easily 6 able to consume it.

It wasn’t salty but the fish portion wasn’t sufficient which they have explained why.

The food is always delivered around 4ish, in containers.

Most of your dishes are delicious.

Can we have some braised pig trotters or pig leg ? Perhaps some onion, vegy or mushroom tempiura ? Silver fish fried in eggs would be nice. Steam beaten eggs with buts of century eggs and salted egg yolk would be nice too.

Food is very decent alongside with the price. If i may comment 1 con will be they tend to use the same chicken part (and even the way it is slice is the same) for their chicken dishes despite different flavours hence I personally feel the texture variety is not so much as a consumer and it makes me feel like im eating the same thing despite different flavours.

The food, was well cook and fresh with less oil look delicious.Suitable for family lunch and dinner.

The service for this caterer was excellent. There was once the driver forgot to send the rice and they go all the trouble to buy rice for me and send to my place. I feel that they do not need to go through the hassle for that. Really deeply appreciate !!

We ordered the tingkat. This is our second repeat order. Delivery was on time and food taste was good. Portion is sufficient as order.

Delivery timing is okay . Food occasionally is great else is so-so. Better than my previous tingkat who has more fried food.
