This was a renewal. The variety is good. Food generally OK, but the standard is not consistently maintained, because for certain days the food is not as good. Ordered 4 dishes.

So far so good. Like their soup. Got fish at least once or twice a week, seldom got processed food which is great. Dishes not too oily or salty. Hope they can have meat/fish dishes with more different types of gravy. (eg sweet and sour, lemon sauce, teriyaki) as quite often was soy sauce/oyster sauce type. Thanks.

Food taste like home cook. Tingkat gives fish dishes quite often where some other caterers don't give. There are meat in the soup as well. Value for money, I will order again. Most of the time delivery is prompt except for 1 time it reach me at 6.40pm.

Food is satisfactory, always come at a consistent time and customer service is prompt. sometimes there is mistake - 2 same dishes and 1 missed delivery - no compensation only 1 word of SORRY

Was initially hesitant to order from Hong Choo as this is a no-menu tingkat. However, it turned out to be good enough for me to renew my tingkat subscription. There is fish usually twice a week. Ingredients are typically fresh, taste is good and I like that there's no MSG. Hope to have no processed food as the 4th dish. I also do not like the bright orange artificial colouring on the nuggets. Meat portions are generally adequate. Will be good if there is more variety in the type of vegetables, and pls do not use salted vegetables as a substitute for fresh vegetables. Delivery timing is consistent everyday (around 3.30pm), which allows me to plan ahead. Delivery man follows instructions on contactless delivery and to ring doorbell.
