Food quality has dropped since the previous time we ordered a year ago. Nevertheless still generous in the amount of food.

The food is generally nice. Hope there is more variety to the meal offered. It will be better if there is salt.

Hong Choo's Staff is sincere and friendly yet not pushy. The food can really use less seasoning (salt or perhaps MSG?). Rice can be too little at times. Not sure if Hong Choo use well-insulated delivery bag for the food. By the time the food reached at around 6.30ish, it is already beyond lukewarm bordering to cold.
Should consider having brown rice as an option. Thanks

The variety is good. Food generally OK, but the standard is not consistently maintained, because for certain days the food is not as good.

As usual, their curries are the best and the Kong Bao Chicken is good My kids like their dried chillies and spiciness

Recently standard and variety improved again! soup portion should be bigger though. pls give less cabbage dishes. pls increase chicken wings portion if that is the only meat that day.

Nth time ordering, so no complaints about the food. Especially love the soups, and their serving sizes are usually sufficient for me.

Was initially hesitant to order from Hong Choo as this is a no-menu tingkat. However, it turned out to be good enough for me to renew my tingkat subscription. There is fish usually twice a week. Ingredients are typically fresh (but there were 2 days when the carrot was not fresh), taste is good and I like that there's no MSG. Frequency of processed food as the 4th dish seems to have reduced, hope to have no processed food soon. I also do not like the bright orange artificial colouring nuggets. Pork belly with 60% fats has made a come back twice in this cycle. Prefer pork belly with only around 30% fats to 70% meat ratio. Meat portions vary. Will be good if there is more variety in the type of vegetables. Delivery timing is consistent everyday (around 3.10pm), which allows me to plan ahead. Delivery man follows instructions on contactless delivery and to ring doorbell.
