Hong Choo Pte Ltd

Was initially hesitant to order from Hong Choo as this is a no-menu tingkat. However, it turned out to be good enough for me to renew my tingkat subscription. There is fish usually twice a week. Ingredients are typically fresh (but there were 2 days when the carrot was not fresh), taste is good and I like that there's no MSG. Frequency of processed food as the 4th dish seems to have reduced, hope to have no processed food soon. I also do not like the bright orange artificial colouring nuggets. Pork belly with 60% fats has made a come back twice in this cycle. Prefer pork belly with only around 30% fats to 70% meat ratio. Meat portions vary. Will be good if there is more variety in the type of vegetables. Delivery timing is consistent everyday (around 3.10pm), which allows me to plan ahead. Delivery man follows instructions on contactless delivery and to ring doorbell.

The foods are nice. Not salty or oily. What can be improved is the temperature of the food. It was delivered cold although the customer service told me that the driver put it in a warmer bag.

Overall food was tasty and customer service were good. But food hygiene can be better. There was 1 time they mess up my order and sent 4 dishes instead of my 3 dishes + 1 soup.

The dishes are not often repeated which is good. I would recommend to have common dishes like sweet and sour pork and salt egg chicken to be in the menu.

My first time ordering. Good communication. The variety and portion is good. Some dishes may be a little salty.

If you like fish, this is one Caterer that serves fish with bone at centre at least once weekly. Overall happy to renew again

Food portion is generous and taste good to our liking. We have renewed a few times with Hong Choo caterer.

Daily Tingkat : Meat dishes mostly taste delicious. Vegetables are not fresh most of the time, have feedback to vendor. Do not like the 4 dishes menu as the 4th dish is always fried finger food items. It is better to order 3 dishes + 1 soup.
