Food was tasty but i am not sure if the caterer has put too much food flavoring/salt coz i became slightly more thirsty after consuming. By the time the food arrives around 630pm, it is not warm anymore so have to microwave for sure. The cust service staff is friendly :)

Great variety, very nice soup, good service and value for money. Food tastes good as well. Highly recommended.

The food standard is drop compare to last time order. But the service is good. Hope the standard will improve. Thank you.

The food is better than previous one. We managed to finish the dishes instead off throwing away. However no option to choose for tingkat. All is disposable containers. The delivery time can be later.

Consistent home style cooking. Soup is good but standard is dropping lately. Too much organ soup sometimes and wife complains it got detergent taste.

Was initially hesitant to order from Hong Choo as this is a no-menu tingkat. However, it turned out to be good and I renewed my tingkat subscription. Price increased by 6%. There is fish once a week (sometimes twice a week). Once there was sambal BBQ stingray - very nice. Ingredients are fresh, taste is good and I like that there's no MSG. However, the 4th dish is processed food, which is not so good. I also do not like the bright orange artificial colouring nuggets. Meat portions vary, sometimes generous, sometimes little (eg, 1 chicken wing is considered 1 dish). Recently, seems to be more generous. Good thing there is no more pork belly with 80% fats after my previous review. Now the pork belly has very nice fats to meat ratio. Will be good if there is more variety in the type of vegetables. Delivery timing is consistent everyday (around 3.10pm), which allows me to plan ahead. Delivery man follows instructions on contactless delivery and to ring doorbell.

Food is good with variety and service is excellent. Will recommend to anyone looking for tingkat meals
