Food, delivery timing and service are very good. We look forward to dinner even though there is no menu.

Had tried several tingkat caterers before and this is by far the best. The portion is good and the variety is decent. The only thing is that the soups are quite salty. Would be good if they can email their menu like what other caterers do.

I like that they serve fish quite frequently. There is good variety of food and menu does not get repeated in the 10days trial package. However, I find that the dishes are quite salty and oily, not recommended for people with health issue.

The serving size is good and there is a good variety of dishes. The timing of the delivery is also consistent.

Great. Love the food and service.Will recommend to my friends too. However, food taste can be improve as sometime is pretty blend. Love that it is low salt and no msg. My toddler enjoy it too. Love the customer service too. Everything was hassle free and straight forward. Thank you

Portion was good and the food was still warm when delivered. Would prefer more leafy vegetables. It was a good thing that they serve fish and pretty frequent.

I like almost all the dishes especially curry chicken. Yummy. But I would like to highlight few occasions the delivery was late and we received our dinner after 7pm. It would be good if delivery can be more punctual and consistent.

We are going to order from this caterer a 2nd time even though on 29 July 2020, we found a piece of dirty plastic in the vegetable dish. As I was very busy at work and had forgotten to report the incident to Foodline and the caterer, I had saved a photo of the dish and the plastic which was sent to me by my husband on the day itself.
However, the caterer's food has so far been more appetising compared to many other caterers we had ordered on Foodline in the past. Given that the price for tingkat is also reasonable, we decide to book again a second time. Hopefully, the food is prepared hygienically and don't give us an unpleasant surprise again.
