I ordered their tingkat for dinner and the food was generally good. The only thing that marred the whole experience and made me cancel their service was their delivery. Initially, the delivery was fine but somehow they got short handed and cannot meet delivery timing when the food had to be consumed by 7pm, i only got the food delivered less than 10mins before 7pm.
And you can forget about calling their company phone After 5pm to enquire, it always drops to voicemail message with mailbox full.
I would have continued with them only if their service recovery is better handled.

Overall taste is good.
Not much surprise though.
Just that sometime there might be tiny sand with veggie.

To be fair, food was above average on most days. But it's the worst service I've ever encountered among the tingkat caterers. Hongchoo kept getting my order wrong. Out of the first 6 days, 4 days I had received the wrong order (Hong Choo later clarified that the multiple mistakes were due to a new driver). Either not supposed to have spicy dish but they delivered spicy, if not then gave me 1 pax rice when it's supposed to be 2. One of the days was worst, no rice at all. When I called in, they wanted to compensate by providing the extra rice on the next day, which means 4 pax of rice. Does that make sense? Eventually they agreed to refund money for the rice that was missed out. But one of the staff had a bad attitude.

Please work on your service recovery, Hong Choo.
